Zenna is a spin-out from a neuroscience research organization with two decades of experience. We are building AI-powered brainwave sound technology designed to support people living with migraines and headaches. Delivered through a simple mobile app and regular headphones, Zenna aim to make migraine care feel as natural as listening to music.

We’ve already built and launched our first version app, welcomed hundreds of engaged users in just 2 months with zero marketing spend, and are seeing users return and continue to love the experience. With early investment secured and strong organic traction, Zenna is now scaling toward its next stage of growth.

Backed by a team of Cambridge alumni and medical doctors, our mission is to harness neuroscience and AI to create safe, personalized, and instantly accessible wellness solutions—without drugs, side effects, or invasive devices.

Tasks

What you’ll do

  • Game-changing PLG strategy: Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention through rapid experimentation and iteration.
  • Run creative growth loops: Launch and optimize experiments across TikTok, Reddit, influencers, wellness/health communities, and in-app virality.
  • Bridge product & growth: Translate consumer insights into product features, onboarding flows, and growth mechanics.
  • Shape brand & positioning: Craft Zenna’s narrative for users, investors, and partners as we scale.
  • Build scalable growth systems: From analytics and funnels to referral engines and community-driven growth.
Requirements

What we value

  • Proven track record in B2C product growth (apps in health, wellness, or lifestyle a big plus).
  • Experience building growth loops and data-driven acquisition/retention strategies.
  • Strategic mindset—able to balance short-term experiments with long-term product vision.
  • Startup DNA: resourceful, fast executor, thrives in ambiguity.
  • Fundraising credibility: prior startup experience or strong academic/professional background is a plus
