We’re Honesty Group, an independent, sustainability-driven food business with 15 sites across Berkshire & Hampshire. Everything we serve is handmade by our chefs and bakers, using fresh, seasonal, local ingredients wherever possible. Honesty Group operates pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and farm shops, serving online and wholesale customers. We’re looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant Wokingham site. Fresh seasonal food, expertly made coffee, and warm hospitality — you’ll ensure every guest leaves smiling while keeping operations slick, your team motivated, and lending a hand in our small, freshly prepared brunch menu when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop from first coffee to close
• Train, motivate and support your team to deliver great service
• Maintain top standards in food, coffee, and presentation
• Get hands-on in the kitchen/front-of-house when needed, assisting with fresh brunch dishes such as smoothie bowls, pancakes, egg dishes, stuffed focaccia, toasties, and soups
• Manage stock, rotas, orders, and suppliers
• Hit sales targets and control costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
