Field Service Coffee Engineer

Location: Covering Southampton & Portsmouth

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (DOE)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our growing service team, covering the Southampton and Portsmouth areas. You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of bean‑to‑cup and traditional espresso machines at customer sites.

This is a customer‑facing role, requiring strong technical ability, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair bean‑to‑cup and traditional coffee machines
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently on‑site
• Install new equipment and commission machines to manufacturer standards
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Maintain stock levels of parts and tools
• Adhere to health & safety and food safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a coffee engineer or in a similar field service role
• Strong knowledge of bean‑to‑cup and traditional espresso machines
• Coffeesafe accredited (desired)
• Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused attitude
