CNC Turner / Programmer / Setter Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner / Programmer / Setter Operator to join our team at Bailey-Wareham to support the production of high-quality precision-engineered components within a professional workshop environment.

Salary: circa £40,000 per annum + Benefits
Location: Poole, Dorset, South West
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Generally, 7am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am – 1pm Friday (flexibility available on regular and start/finish times)

This role offers stability, responsibility and the opportunity to work with modern CNC equipment. As a CNC Turner / Programmer / Setter Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating multi‑axis CNC lathes, producing precision components to specification while maintaining high quality standards. The CNC Turner / Programmer / Setter Operator role is a senior, hands‑on position within a small team, providing variety, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement within the machining function.
