A well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Fleet, UK, is seeking a skilled CNC Turner for their late-shift production team. The ideal candidate will set and operate CNC twin-spindle Mill/Turn lathes with training provided for further development. Competitive pay includes a base hourly rate of £18.50, overtime, and a production bonus. The role requires reliability and a proactive attitude, alongside a commitment to quality and teamwork.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in Fleet. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Turner to join their late-shift production team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the setting and operating of twin-spindle Mill/Turn lathes, working with Fanuc controls. While experience at this level is advantageous, full training will be provided for a skilled CNC Turner who is keen to develop further.
Comprehensive training is available for a skilled turner who wishes to progress into more advanced Mill/Turn machining.
Hourly Rate: £18.50
Shift Allowance: 1.33 (applied to the standard hourly rate)
Working Week: 39 hours
A monthly production bonus is paid on all hours worked, including overtime, depending on output achieved.
