A leading manufacturing company in Darlaston is looking for a CNC Form Grinder to work in a high-pressure machining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC surface grinders and be capable of reading engineering drawings. Job description

Working hours

Monday to Thursday 06:00am - 16:30pm.

Salary

£15 - £16 an hour.

You will be working within a high-pressure machining environment, meeting deadlines and using your initiative to overcome problems, resolving production issues. Under certain circumstances overtime and extra hours may be required to complete the task at hand and keep production flowing.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with Jones & Shipman Format 5 CNC surface grinders
• Experience on Jones & Shipman X & E surface grinders would be an advantage.
• Must be capable of reading engineering drawings, able to work on own initiative, and work as part of a team.
