Overview

Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator

Location: Redditch

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + weekend shift allowance

Shift Pattern

Days: Friday - Sunday (3 days per week)

Hours: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid per shift

Total Hours: 36 hours per week

The Role

We're seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join our weekend day shift team. You'll be working with Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura CNC machines across milling and turning, producing high-quality components in a modern, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Set and operate Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura CNC machines (milling & turning).
• Produce components to precise quality and dimensional standards.

• Achieve production targets within weekend schedules.
