Job description
The Role

As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to customer specifications. This role offers both day and night shifts, giving flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programming CNC machines using Fanuc / Heidenhain / Siemens or XYZ
  • Setting and operating CNC machinery to produce precision components
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Adjusting tooling, speeds and feeds to achieve correct toleranceslili>Performing in-process inspection and quality checks
  • Working closely with production and engineering teams to optimise machining processes
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a CNC Programmer (Turning, Milling or both)
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Confident with programming from scratch or editing at the machine
  • Strong understanding of tooling, materials and machining principles
  • Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
Pay & Shift Details
  • £18.00 - £21.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Day and night shift options available
  • Overtime available at enhanced rates
