Overview

We are recruiting an experienced CNC programmer to join a long-established precision manufacturing business based in Redditch, specialising in high-volume, close-tolerance components for a range of industrial sectors.

This CNC programmer role is days based and offers flexible working hours, providing an excellent work-life balance within a stable and technically focused manufacturing environment. This opportunity welcomes applications from CNC programmers seeking either full-time or part-time positions. The role will play a key part in supporting production, improving efficiency, and maintaining high quality standards across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Producing and optimising CNC programs, supporting shop-floor machining activity
  • Working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure components are manufactured accurately and efficiently.
  • Contributing to process improvements, cycle time reductions, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Loading programmes and making edits when required.
