• Experience working in a CNC machining environment.
• Leadership/management experience.
• CAD knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Establishment of new manufacturing processes.
• Manufacturing/capacity planning with one off and bulk orders.
• Management of lead times.
• Quality management checks of parts and processes.
• Managing a team of 14 in the workshop and 2 in the drawing office.
• Using CAD for design development.
• Ensuring H&S standards onsite.
