CNC Miller - Fanuc / Mastercam Programmer, Setter & Operator

Location: Ferndown, Dorset

Salary: Up to £22 per hour

Shift: Day shift, Monday to Thursday (4-day week)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join a precision engineering team in Ferndown. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys working with Fanuc-controlled milling machines and programming offline with Mastercam. You'll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC mills to produce high-quality components for a range of industries.

Key Duties

• Offline programming using Mastercam.
• Setting and operating Fanuc CNC milling machines.
• Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings.
• Selecting tooling, workholding, and ensuring accurate setups.
• Carrying out first-off inspections and maintaining quality standards.
• Working closely with the team to meet production deadlines.
