Qualifications

  • Strong CNC programming knowledge with the ability to confidently read and edit programmes.
  • Experience with multi-pallet CNC Milling machines.
  • Ability to read and understand complex technical drawings.
  • A detail-driven mindset and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
  • Manufacturing small and medium batch runs efficiently and accurately.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings (including GD&T).
  • Inspecting components using a range of measuring equipment.
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.

Salary: 20.55 per hour

Location: Based 10 mins drive from Brackley

Hours: 39 hours per week MondayThursday day shift

Were supporting a well-established engineering manufacturer known for producing high-accuracy tools and components. Due to continued demand theyre looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their day shift team.

You’ll be working on complex high-tolerance components contributing to a team that prides itself on engineering excellence.
