Overview

Mazco Recruitment is representing a leading precision engineering company in Camberley who are seeking an experienced CNC Miller / CAD-CAM Programmer to strengthen their team.

The Role

You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, working on a variety of precision components for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved from programming through to final machining.

Responsibilities

• Offline programming using CAD/CAM software (Hypermill experience highly beneficial).
• Programming, setting, and operating 3 & 5 axis CNC milling machines.
• Working with Mazak and DMG Mori machinery.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models.
• Ensuring high-quality standards are met across all production runs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller and Programmer.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining practices.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software - Hypermill advantageous.
• Experience with Mazak and DMG Mori machinery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
