A precision aerospace manufacturer in Newport is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and be skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining high precision in machining complex parts from exotic materials. Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe).
• Proficient with setup, tooling selection, and inspection techniques.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes with minimal supervision.
• Inspect and verify dimensions using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain close tolerances and surface finishes.
