Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to VIP guests and ensure a luxury hospitality standard (experience interacting with VIP guests and delivering high-level service would be highly beneficial).
  • Maintain a welcoming, relaxing, and comfortable lounge environment (a background in front office or food & beverage service is preferred).
  • Assist with food & beverage service, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met (previous F&B or customer service experience would be desirable).
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally (strong communication skills and problem-solving ability).
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively (ability to think ahead and manage potential issues is a key element of this role).
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless guest experiences (teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for this role).
