As our Cloud Engineer, you'll take full ownership of GCP resource provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management. You'll implement Infrastructure-as-Code deployments, optimize cloud resources, and manage network architecture including Tailscale VPN. Your work includes auto-scaling configuration, capacity planning for new services, and implementing automated security scanning and compliance checking in CI/CD pipelines to maintain our 99%+ uptime SLO.

You will champion cloud best practices across the engineering organization, ensuring we deliver a scalable, reliable, and cost-effective platform. You'll develop comprehensive monitoring strategies, mentor engineering teams on Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and create standardized deployment tooling that multiplies the entire team's productivity through automation.

As Grid Edge continues to grow, this role offers significant opportunities for increased autonomy and professional development, allowing you to shape the future of our cloud infrastructure while contributing directly to our mission of powering commercial buildings to net-zero.
