We are looking for a full time Clinical Support Assistant.
This role will involve supporting a caseload of older adults within the community, mainly in their own homes, who have various mental health problems including a diagnosis of dementia, psychosis, depression and anxiety.
It will support clinical members of the team to deliver evidence based treatment and to engage in collaborative working across the multi‑agency team, as well as maintain the health and well‑being of this patient group.
You will work closely alongside other clinicians.

Our service is currently provided from Monday to Friday 9am 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) with some out of hours flexibility 8a.m. 8p.m. to meet individual need.
