You are the dynamic, professional Clinical Supervisor we are looking for. You will use your experience and expertise in program consulting and oversight of assigned service line in conjunction with program manager, practice manager, an/or administrative designee.

This is a full-time position working 8am - 5pm. Travel, up to 5% may be necessary to attend community meetings.

Clinical Supervisor Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision by completing the following:
    • Reviews treatment plans and progress notes to ensure clinical services are appropriate with the patient’s level of care needs and are appropriate with the diagnosis
    • Provide clinical direction for staff
    • Signs off documentation of new staff
    • Assists with clinical audit processes
    • Maintain positive relationships with referral sources
    • Assists with evaluating patient satisfaction
    • Completes intakes for admission to services
    • Provide direct service to identified patients as needed
  • Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff, patients and referral sources by demonstrating the following:
    • Communicates openly, honestly and constructively
    • Treats all employees, patients and referral staff with dignity, respect and courtesy
    • Takes responsibility for and makes every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect with regard to concerns and problems
    • Readily requests clarification of job responsibilities
  • Completes supervisory responsibilities:
    • Coordinates with Program Manager regarding staff disciplinary issues and initiates and monitors staff disciplinary actions
    • Supervises individuals that provide direct services
    • In conjunction with the Program Manager, responsible for the overall clinical direction of program services
    • Assigns and directs caseload
    • Monitors staff work schedules to ensure patients receive the level of services they need
    • Completes staff performance evaluations
    • Completes reports required by referral sources
  • Maintains clinical responsibilities:
    • Completes emergency evaluations as needed
    • Completes intakes evaluations as needed
    • Ensures PAs are completed
    • Completes/Updates treatment plans as needed
    • Completes CANS/ANSA assessments as needed
    • Productivity expectations determined by program and budget requirements
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field of study
  • Full License in the state of Indiana in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
  • 2-4 years clinical experience as a Licensed Therapist
  • CANS/ANSA SuperUser certification
  • Valid driver’s license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required
