The centralized Health team provides guidance and support to Google’s product areas for the development of health-related products and services. Within the Health team, the Clinical Team is a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and other health professionals, as well as clinical researchers, public health experts, and people who have run health systems – and it forms a global team with experience across every layer of health in a range of geographies (US, EMEA, APAC and more). This team works closely with groups within Google.

In this role, you will have experience in designing and executing AI-centered research programs in the health and life science space. You will have experience in taking research through to product development. Responsibilities

• Use your AI and research expertise to provide clinical leadership to teams across Google, contributing both to overarching direction as well as to individual product and research roadmaps.
• Use clinical and domain expertise to provide clinical leadership, guidance, insights and direction on Google’s health-focused AI research projects, working in a deeply embedded model with research, engineering, UX/UXR, product and partnerships teams.
• Identify relevant clinical guidelines, evidence-based practices, and use cases related to the development and evaluation of AI models and use these to influence research and product development.
• Respond to the needs of the business and projects prioritizing effort effectively, and work in a portfolio environment to bring your experience to a range of endeavors.
