Band 7 Clinical Services Team Leader, Employee Health & Wellbeing Services – Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT). We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to drive the operational delivery of our clinical and vaccination services within Employee Health & Wellbeing. This role supports onboarding of new staff, coordinates immunisation programmes, and manages clinical risk processes.
You will oversee clinical staff, maintain high standards of care and safety, and drive continuous service improvement. As a senior team member, you will lead service planning, workforce management, and quality assurance while promoting the health and resilience of our workforce. The role requires a proactive approach, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
You will lead the operational delivery of the Employee Health & Wellbeing Services, Clinical Services Team across MFT, managing a team of Clinical Advisors and overseeing immunisation programmes, onboarding assessments, and clinical risk processes. You will be responsible for service planning, audits, and policy development, ensuring compliance with SEQOHS standards.
