A healthcare organization in Reading seeks a qualified Clinical Pharmacist with post-qualification experience in a hospital setting. You will advise on treatment plans, support multidisciplinary teams, and enhance patient care. We’re recruiting a Band 6 or Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join us at Prospect Park Hospital, Reading, for a 12-month maternity cover.
You’ll have experience in a hospital setting in mental health or community health pharmacy and there’ll be opportunity to broaden your clinical expertise across either or both areas.
You’ll be part of a CQC-rated Outstanding Trust, where staff feel valued, supported, and encouraged to pursue their professional interests.
You’ll be based mainly at Prospect Park Hospital, 30 minutes from London Paddington & Waterloo, with potential travel to our wards in Wokingham, West Berkshire Community Hospital, Slough, or Maidenhead. Free parking, a staff library, and excellent on-site facilities are available.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours/week however part-time from 30 hours/week can be considered. The role includes participation in late-duty and on-call rotas once established.
