DNA Recruitment is delighted to partner with a specialist medicines provider offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist (Dispensary) to join their expanding service. This position is ideal for someone who may currently be in community or hospital pharmacy and wants a role with clinical responsibility, leadership opportunities, and a supportive, structured environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily clinical screening of prescriptions
- Acting as the clinical point of escalation for the Dispensary
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting pharmacists and wider colleagues
- Managing staffing coverage and delegating workload
- Supporting accuracy checking processes when needed
- Investigating errors or complaints with professionalism and clarity
- Ensuring SOPs, records and documentation meet regulatory standards
- Working closely with quality and compliance teams
- Upholding high standards in Hebrews and clinical governance
Leadership Responsibilities
- Build a positive, collaborative team culture
- Support development through coaching and structured reviews
- Ensure performance meets KPIs and service expectations
- Manage absence, conduct and capability fairly and consistently
What You’ll Need
- MPharm (or equivalent) and GPhC registration
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Revenge dispensing or clinical environment
- Some leadership experience (community, hospital or specialist settings all welcome)
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Calm under pressure, confidence in prioritisation
- Comfortable with procedural documentation and compliance
