DNA Recruitment is delighted to partner with a specialist medicines provider offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist (Dispensary) to join their expanding service. This position is ideal for someone who may currently be in community or hospital pharmacy and wants a role with clinical responsibility, leadership opportunities, and a supportive, structured environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Overseeing daily clinical screening of prescriptions
  • Acting as the clinical point of escalation for the Dispensary
  • Coaching, mentoring and supporting pharmacists and wider colleagues
  • Managing staffing coverage and delegating workload
  • Supporting accuracy checking processes when needed
  • Investigating errors or complaints with professionalism and clarity
  • Ensuring SOPs, records and documentation meet regulatory standards
  • Working closely with quality and compliance teams
  • Upholding high standards in Hebrews and clinical governance
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Build a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Support development through coaching and structured reviews
  • Ensure performance meets KPIs and service expectations
  • Manage absence, conduct and capability fairly and consistently
What You’ll Need
  • MPharm (or equivalent) and GPhC registration
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Revenge dispensing or clinical environment
  • Some leadership experience (community, hospital or specialist settings all welcome)
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Calm under pressure, confidence in prioritisation
  • Comfortable with procedural documentation and compliance
