Job Title : Clinical Nursing Manager (maternity cover from August 2024)

Practice : Broadway Vets Heswall

Salary : From £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Type : Full-time, 40 hours per week

Here at Broadway Vets in Heswall we have an excellent opportunity to welcome a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join and lead our friendly and supportive team as a Clinical Nursing Manager!

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, including the Clinical Director, Practice Manager, and Group Nursing Manager, to manage the nursing team across the business.
• Identify and drive development needs within the nursing team to maintain a happy, efficient working environment.
• Ensure all practice and group policies are adhered to.
• Spend approximately 80‑90% of the role undertaking clinical duties, providing support to the clinical teams to deliver an excellent service to patients.
• Take full responsibility for the on‑call rota as required.
