A leading healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking a Band 6 Stroke Nurse for the Community Stroke Team. This role requires stroke experience in various settings and involves managing clinical caseloads as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The candidate must be a Registered Adult Nurse with a valid NMC Registration. The position offers agile working throughout Glasgow, ensuring effective support across the stroke recovery pathway.

Band 6 Stroke Nurse– Community Stroke Team
An exciting and rarely available opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 stroke specialist Nurse post, based within Glasgow Community Stroke Team.
Candidates require stroke experience, desirable in an acute, rehabilitation, and community setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with supervisor/ educator experience.
The successful candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner within a multi‑disciplinary team to manage their clinical caseload and deliver a comprehensive CNS service to clients across their stroke recovery pathway.
It is essential that you are currently a Registered Adult Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
Whilst the Glasgow Community Stroke Team main office is located in the North East Sector Offices within the grounds of Stobhill Hospital, the post holder will be an agile worker driving across the Greater Glasgow catchment area.
