A healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a leader in clinical and managerial roles at Heatherwood Theatres. The post holder will play a key leadership role with clinical and managerial responsibility for Heatherwood Theatres at Frimley Health Foundation Trust. They will be accountable for ensuring the highest standard of clinical care is provided. As a trusted point of contact they will be easily identifiable to clients, service users, and staff, providing strong, visible leadership and having the appropriate level of authority to offer support, advice and assistance required by patients, their families and carers.
Emphasis on the areas of Patient/Client Safety, Patient Experience, User engagement and Clinical Outcomes will be essential.
The post holder will be expected to have clinical responsibility for supporting the Head of Nursing in activities relating to the delivery of high quality services, including involvement in maintaining activity levels, managing service pressures and maintaining the highest standards of perioperative care. They will lead on delegated projects on behalf of the Head of Nursing, provide support to the Head of Nursing on day‑to‑day operational issues, and deputise as deemed appropriate.
Providing clinical leadership of the nursing and AHP workforce, finance control, operational management, clinical governance, ensuring delivery of safe, effective, and high‑quality care, workforce development, staff engagement, service improvement and collaboratively working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the Directorate and Trust strategic objectives.
