We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting) team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll help shape the future of community health for children, young people, and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting) service for children, young people, and families in Westminster
  • Provide strong clinical and professional leadership to ensure safe, effective, and inclusive care across the service
  • Work in partnership with local commissioners to deliver shared objectives and support integrated service delivery
  • Collaborate with Early Help teams within Family Hubs to strengthen joined-up support for families
  • Support health visiting teams in delivering the Trust’s Quality Strategy, promoting continuous improvement and best practice
  • Work closely with the Safeguarding Named Nurse to ensure robust safeguarding systems are in place and consistently applied
  • Champion a culture of compassion, equity, and high standards of care within the team and wider service
