Job description

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Clinical Lead to join the team at Springview and take the lead on the Brackendale ward. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of change, influencing care, inspiring staff, and shaping the future of the service.

The successful candidate will drive high-quality, evidence-based nursing care, lead and mentor a talented nursing team, and implement innovative practices to transform patient care.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Lead will work in a multidisciplinary team, including medical staff, Allied Health Professionals, and peer support workers. The team delivers responsive, evidence-based, recovery-focused care to patients.

The Clinical Lead will be required to work shifts, including nights, as Springview operates 24-hour cover.
