A healthcare service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking Clinical Homecare Nurses to join their team and provide professional nursing services to patients. Responsibilities include teaching patients to self-administer therapies, ensuring high standards of care, and participating in Patient Support Programmes. Applicants should be registered nurses with experience in subcutaneous injections and computer literacy. The role requires travel to various patient locations, which is compensated adequately. A competitive salary, car allowance, and various benefits are offered.
HealthNet Homecare are specialists in delivering homecare services for patients, from medical deliveries to nursing support for patients in their own homes.
Working with over 180,000 patients across numerous different therapy areas, our dedicated team offer support to patients with rare and orphan diseases right through to more common conditions. Our aim is to make patients’ lives easier by taking the stress out of managing their medication and ensuring they are confident they are in safe hands with HealthNet.
We are looking for Clinical Homecare Nurses to join our nursing team in providing professional services to our clients, patients, and healthcare providers.
If you're a qualified and registered nurse looking for a career where you can be part of making a difference to the quality of life for patients by applying your passion, drive, and skillset in an ever-changing healthcare environment, then HealthNet Homecare is the place for you to join our busy, growing team!
Our Nurse Team is made up of specifically trained homecare professionals with the capability to support both straightforward and complex end-to-end therapies in a patient-focused and quality-driven manner.
Our vision is to be seen as the first choice for patient-centred homecare and to realise this vision, we work closely with the NHS and Pharmaceutical Companies to provide an array of services — from medication delivery and nursing services to patient support programmes. This allows patients to undertake treatment in the comfort of their own homes, with the correct support and to the same standards that would normally be received in a hospital or clinical environment.
As a business, we realise that it is our people — aligned with a clear focus — that will ultimately deliver our vision. We focus on training programmes that allow our Clinical Nurse Team to go out into the community with confidence, backed by the knowledge of a strong business support network and the ability to promote our culture of patient-centred care.
We strongly believe in continuous professional development and providing the investment that enables colleagues to progress in their careers.
Travel is an essential part of this role. As a Clinical Homecare Nurse, you’ll visit patients across a wide geographical area, and routes can vary daily depending on clinical requirements. There isn’t a set location radius, so on some days travel between patients may be longer than others.
We aim to plan routes efficiently to reduce travel time where possible, and all travel between patient visits is included within your working hours. It’s important that applicants are comfortable with regular driving, as travel forms a significant part of the working day.
Your time on the road is balanced with the reward of providing essential care to patients in their own homes, helping them remain comfortable, confident, and independent.
You will be a registered nurse and passionate about delivering first‑class patient care.
Please note: Due to the high volume of applications we usually receive, we’re unable to contact each applicant individually regarding the status of their application. If you are selected for an interview, we will be in touch shortly.
