A prominent healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Clinical Engineering Team Lead. The Clinical Engineering Department is looking to appoint a Clinical Engineering Team Lead to support the services provided within Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. This is a part‑time position with development opportunities to allow the successful candidate to develop leadership skills while leading an engineering team.
You will be responsible for prioritising workloads while providing service and technical support to a wide range of medical devices within a hospital environment. As a highly experienced medical or clinical engineer, experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance activities on medical devices is a requirement of this post.
The post holder will be expected to work within other Trust and Community sites.
All Team Leaders will be expected to lead within a particular specialisation, which could be across multiple Trust Hospital sites, and we are looking to increase our resilience within the Team for someone with an interest in leading on Quality Management as well as providing cover for the other Team Lead posts in the MEAM Department at Oxford Road, Wythenshawe, Trafford or North Manchester.
