Job description

We’re hiring a Clinical Education Specialist to support and educate healthcare professionals on CRRT therapies across London and the South of England, with some international travel across Europe and the Middle East.

This is a field‑based role focused on delivering hands‑on clinical support during trials, equipment installation, and classroom‑based education for nurses, physicians, and other HCPs. You’ll also work closely with commercial teams to support product adoption and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide field‑based clinical education, training, and product support
  • Deliver on‑site clinical support during trial phases, including all shift patterns
  • Conduct equipment installations and pre‑/post‑purchase training sessions
  • Facilitate classroom‑based theoretical and clinical training for HCPs
  • Support distributors outside the UK with education and clinical expertise
  • Attend relevant exhibitions and events to promote product awareness and generate leads
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative education and support strategies
  • Identify potential sales leads in partnership with the commercial team
  • Manage expenses in line with company policy
  • Provide scheduled 24‑hour clinical pager coverage, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including complaint handling and pharmacovigilance reporting
