Role Overview

As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall management and delivery of outstanding care within our home. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Home Manager in overseeing the clinical operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home and the provision of person-centred care.
  • Utilize your clinical leadership experience to support and mentor the nursing and care staff, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of CQC regulations and standards, ensuring compliance throughout the home and actively participating in audits and inspections.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
