The Medicine and Emergency Care Board at Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust consists of a range of specialities including Renal Services, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Diabetes, Immunology and General Internal Medicine. We are looking for conscientious individuals with an enthusiastic outlook to fulfil the role of Clinical Administrator within Renal Services based at Freeman Hospital. Offering a full efficient administration and secretarial service to our clinical teams within Medicine and Emergency Care Board these roles are crucial in ensuring we are able to offer the highest level of patient care and management. Please note this is not a clinical role.

The successful candidate will have the motivational skills to integrate well with the existing teams and demonstrate true organisational skills. Applicants will be reliable whilst having a flexible working approach in supporting systems and their functions. The post holder will have a genuine desire to provide a quality administration service for patients with a clear understanding of patient confidentiality. The role has lots of variety and ad-hoc demands and the post holder must possess excellent time management and planning skills.
