Overview

Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient service in a buzzing hospital setting? Our Maternity team are looking for a Ward Clerk to join their vibrant team at Queen Charlotte's Hospital.

This rewarding, patient-facing role puts you at the heart of our ward, supporting expectant parents during some of the most significant and vulnerable moments of their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Effective delivery of clerical and reception duties for the clinic.
  • Input and maintenance of accurate patient information on Trust information systems.
  • Provision of excellent customer service to members of the public and staff who visit or contact the clinic.
  • Contribution to positive patient experiences.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Relevant clerical experience, particularly within healthcare, would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Adaptable to shift work covering both day and night shifts (8am–8pm / 8pm–8am) throughout the week, including weekends.
  • Full on-site presence with no hybrid working.
