Client Services Supervisor

Discuss process change recommendation, issues, and best practices. Ensure all administrative tasks, including client onboarding, policy administration, New Business submission and document management, are completed accurately and on time. Monitor compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies, addressing any risks or breaches. Act as a point of escalation for complex queries from administrators, clients, and financial advisers. Promote and encourage a positive work environment among team members and advisers, ensuring co‑operation, efficiency and outstanding service is always delivered.

What we are looking for in our ideal Client Services Supervisor
  • Ability to guide and develop a team effectively by mentoring and upskilling where necessary.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in financial services administration, preferably within an IFA firm.
  • An understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, support and motivate a team of Client Service Executives and Client Service Administrators.
  • Oversee allocation of workloads and manage team capacity to ensure efficient service delivery of all administrative and technical support requests from our Financial Advisers.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to use clear and concise language in both verbal and written communication.
  • Experience using Microsoft applications and industry‑specific software (e.g., Outlook, Teams and Xplan, Provider Platforms, etc.).
