A recruitment agency is seeking a Client Services Team Manager to lead a team specializing in customer service within the employee benefits sector. This role involves motivating the team, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and driving operational efficiency. The position offers a hybrid working model after training completion. Location: Hybrid Winnersh (3 days office / 2 days home once training completed)
Salary: Up to £36,000 (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Team Manager to join a well-established organisation within the employee benefits and insurance sector.
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of Client Services Specialists who deliver a high standard of service to a portfolio of clients. You will play a key role within the leadership team, ensuring operational efficiency, strong client outcomes, and consistent delivery against KPIs, regulatory, and service level requirements.
This role offers hybrid working following successful completion of training.
