Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a dynamic and growing company in Scarborough within the property industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clients have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they sign up until the completion of their journey. We are looking for individuals with a background in office-based Customer Service or Account Management, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a driven starter with the determination to achieve the best results.

Responsibilities
  • Support new clients through their onboarding and ongoing journey
  • Build strong relationships with clients and add value to their experience
  • Gather client testimonials and case studies
  • Monitor Trustpilot reviews and encourage clients to leave feedback
  • Promote and encourage event bookings to help clients get the best from their programme
  • Collect customer satisfaction survey results and use them to improve the client experience
  • Attend company run events, networking and building relationships with your clients
Role Details

This will be working full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary between £27,000-£30,000 depending on experience.

Benefits / Opportunities

As part of the role, you will have the opportunity to attend exciting company events, including two nights away per month and three nights away four times a year.

To be successful in this role, you\'ll need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle, you will get paid mileage when you attend any events.
