About the Hardware Brand team

The Hardware Brand team manages activity for Google’s Consumer Devices team, predominantly the Pixel family of products. The team is made up of specialists spanning Strategy, Planning, Activation, Analytics, Content and Innovation and many more. We are responsible for managing some of the largest campaigns within MFG & EssenceMediacom, activating across TV, Broadcaster Video on Demand, Subscription Video on Demand, YouTube OOH, Social, Display, Audio and Partnerships and we produce some of the most exciting, innovative and award winning campaigns in the agency.

About the Client Services team

The Client Services team is responsible for creating the conditions by which our clients love our work. We do this by building trust and exerting influence through deeper, more strategic relationships with our clients, and by driving, leading and owning the campaign delivery process. We also foster a culture of support and encouragement internally.The Hardware Brand team is looking for an Account Executive to support the growing Client Services team and provide you with a strong foundation for a successful career in media.

Position Summar

In this role you will:

  • Develop a baseline of media planning knowledge across channels.
  • Build your own knowledge by staying on top of the latest trends and news impacting the media industry.
  • Provide campaign coordination and daily support to the wider Client Services team.
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of campaigns and the facilitation of the campaign delivery process across.
  • Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Client Satisfaction:

  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the client industry sector, the competitors within that sector and the general industry environment.
  • Develop an understanding of the client’s business objectives and ensure our work always ladders up to help our clients achieve them.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of client status meetings and other key client facing documents using designated MFG and Essencemediacom tools.
  • Ensures consistent quality and client satisfaction by proactively reviewing work and client deliverables to guarantee they meet or exceed client expectations.

Internal Relationships:

  • Develop collaborative relationships with other departments within the wider Hardware Brand team to deliver an integrated service to clients.
  • Supports wider CS team members by maintaining internal documents using designated MFG and Essencemediacom tools.
  • Ensures that any updates from clients are communicated with wider team members in a timely manner.

Financial Strength and Operational Excellence:

  • Assist in the management of all billing / invoicing requirements for clients.
  • Supports the client billing process ensuring reconciliations are approved by internal teams and invoicing is complete within agreed internal timescales.
  • Supports the end to end invoicing process including managing planned budgets to reconciliation completion.
  • Learn the fundamentals of effective campaign management including updating schematics, providing media plans to clients and chasing creative assets.
  • Assist with financial processes e.g. PO trackers, bookings, reconciliations, queries.
  • Work closely with activation teams to deliver responses and tactical plans.
