We’re looking for a proactive stakeholder expert to join Blue Square as a Client Services Director.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll own, evolve, and direct client strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and long-term ambitions. You’ll drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and lasting partnerships across Europe, acting as the central conduit between our clients, internal teams, and EU partners.

What you’ll be up to
  • Lead & Inspire - Be the face of Blue Square with clients and partners across Europe. Lead high-performing teams and create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Drive Strategy - Build and deliver client account strategies that fuel sustainable growth and keep us ahead of the curve
  • Champion Operations - Oversee large-scale activity across multiple markets, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational brilliance
  • Grow Partnerships - Cultivate and strengthen senior-level relationships with clients and partners, ensuring trust and long-term success
  • Deliver Results - Set and track KPIs, drive performance, mitigate risks, and ensure maximum ROI for clients and Blue Square
  • Shape the Future - Spot opportunities, challenge the norm, and develop pioneering solutions that reshape retailmarketing
