We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Asset Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong relationship management skills to take responsibility for service delivery to some of our key Asset Management clients.

What you’ll do

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Asset Management clients across all levels.
• Manage Fixed Charge Receivership (FCR) portfolios from referral through to completion.
• Oversee the pre-market process for Repo/Asset Management clients.
• Lead, support, and train team members to meet client requirements and key milestones.
• Liaise with Receivers and Asset Management clients to ensure seamless service.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting and portfolio review meetings.
• Follow up valuation reports to maximise instructions.
• Identify new business opportunities alongside the FCR Management Team.

What we’re looking for

• Proven relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills (in person, in writing, and over the phone).
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines.
• A proactive, professional, and adaptable approach.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Desirable skills

• Previous Asset Management or property industry experience.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
• Understanding of the new homes industry.
