Salary £75,000-£90,000 (depending on location, skills, and experience)

This is a great job for someone who has experience managing corporate pensions relationships and wants to make a real impact. You’ll thrive if you enjoy building strong partnerships, shaping strategies, and supporting clients to achieve their financial goals. Willingness to travel across the UK for client and distributor meetings.

A bit about the job:

You’ll join our Workplace Savings team, helping businesses manage pensions and financial wellbeing solutions. This role exists to strengthen relationships with key corporate clients and deliver exceptional outcomes. You’ll design contact strategies, identify growth opportunities, and ensure compliance. Your work will help clients achieve their financial objectives while supporting Aviva’s vision for profitable growth.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Must have at least two of the following:
  • Experience of corporate pensions client relationship management
  • Strong network of Aviva contacts in corporate pensions
  • Good understanding of Master Trust pension arrangements
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects at once.
  • Ability to design strategic plans and deliver results

  • Starting salary between £75,000 – £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
