A leading UK law firm is seeking a Client Feedback Coordinator to support partners in managing client relationships. This role involves developing a client feedback program, improving client onboarding processes, and working collaboratively across teams. The ideal candidate should have advanced Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and 1-2 years of experience in a business development role within a law firm. This elite UK law firm is growing its BD team and is looking for someone to support the partners on all things related to client relationship management. Working closely with the Partners, you will play a pivotal role in setting up process and structure around matter closure, client feedback, pricing and client insights.

The ideal candidate will have excellent MS Office skills (ideally advanced Excel), strong organisational abilities to effectively manage multiple priorities within a collaborative team environment. You should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to influence and coach partners. You probably have 1-2 years in a BD/client role in a law firm and are looking for a role with more responsibility and autonomy.
