Client Care Assistant

Location : Carlisle office-based

Salary : 24000 rising to 25000 after probation

Contract : Permanent Full-time

NXT Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established and growing professional services business based in Carlisle which is looking to appoint a Client Care Assistant to join their team.

This is an office-based role where you will provide high-quality administrative support to advisers manage client enquiries and ensure smooth back-office operations. The role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the client care function.

The role

You will handle day-to-day client enquiries and key administrative tasks with increasing independence helping maintain a professional and consistent service. You will support the smooth running of workflows and contribute to delivering an excellent client experience.
