Clerical Officer – Hyde (30.0 hours per week)

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Community Administration service. The role will provide full clerical support to Health Care Professional teams in community clinics, acting as the first point of contact for all community service users. The successful candidate will have experience in clerical duties, be able to work within a team, and demonstrate a positive customer‑care approach.

The post will be based in the Hyde locality covering Union Street, Hattersley Clinics and Selbourne House. Working hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday on a rotational shift pattern. The service operates between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clerical support to Health Care Professional teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for community service users, delivering excellent customer care.
  • Handle a full range of clerical tasks, ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Adapt to rota scheduling and work across different community health bases as required.
