Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Operative

Location: Berkshire/Oxfordshire Area (RG1)

Job Type: Permanent, Full‑time

Contracted: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm, with 2 weekend shifts per month

Salary: £15 per hour

The Role

As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you will play an essential role in ensuring our fleet operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver services on customer sites in a timely, efficient and courteous manner


• General cleaning of communal areas inside and outside buildings


• Follow strict health & safety procedures and instructions

Essential Requirements

• Deliver timely, efficient and courteous service on customer sites


• Full UK car driving licence for a minimum of 2 years


• Successful completion of an NPPV Level 3 vetting and security clearance (fully funded by the company). The checks follow the standard national framework for Level 3 vetting and may include verification of identity, right to work, residency, criminal record and financial history (Police (Vetting) Regulations 2025)
