• Manually moving large 1100L wheely bins around site for collection.
• Cleaning, sweeping, jet washing hard standing pathways.
• Litter picking external public areas.
• Cleaning external areas outside buildings.
• Cleaning internal areas of residential blocks.

Overview

This role requires applicants to be able to do manual handling. Working in a residential estate as part of an onsite team managing 750 homes.

Responsibilities

• Manually moving large 1100L wheely bins around site for bin collection day, and rotating bins every few days. Tidying the bin stores.
• Cleaning, sweeping, jet washing hard standing pathways and car parks
• Litter picking external public realm areas, flower beds, pathways etc
• Cleaning external areas outside the buildings
• Cleaning internal areas of residential blocks of apartments, hovering, mopping, dusting, wiping and cleaning glass.
