Job summary

A leading housing organization in Birmingham is seeking a Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in their over 55's housing scheme. Ideal candidates will have cleaning experience and possibly a background working with vulnerable adults. This part-time role offers flexible hours and is based at Haven Court, but may require covering other locations. Salary starts at £23,587.20 pro rata for 15 hours per week.

We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team in our over 55's Housing scheme in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Keep all areas of the scheme well maintained and kept in a clean and tidy condition
• Hoovering, mopping, sweeping
• Ensure communal kitchen and toilets are cleaned daily

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience cleaning, with a background of working with vulnerable adults or within sheltered housing preferred
• Good cleaning experience
