As a Flexible Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various client sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or supply needs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and on short notice.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and bending.
