Job Title: Clean Air Sales Manager.
Location: London, Greater London.
Salary / Benefits £45k – £55k + Benefits + Commission scheme

Our client is an independent and UK leading supplier of clean air and containment services. Due to continued growth and success, they are now seeking to take on an experienced and business focused Clean Air Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of sales proposals, overseeing the company’s existing sales team, highlighting areas for improvement to maximise success, generating new business while maintaining excellent relationships with existing longstanding clients and developing business development strategies. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of cross‑selling clean air equipment and services, ideally with experience working with safety cabinets and cleanrooms within a pharmaceutical setting. Consideration will be given to strong sales managers with experience within other clean air sectors. Our client can offer a competitive commission scheme, excellent holiday allowance, company pension scheme, private healthcare, and death in service.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience selling clean air solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the clean air / pharmaceutical industry
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Ideally hold industry‑recognised qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well as a team and individually
  • Ability to manage workload in line with company and client needs
  • Excellent IT skills
The Role
  • Creating and delivering sales proposals to clients, ensuring accurate technical and commercial knowledge to meet company / client needs
  • Handling the tender / quotation process, providing accurate documents, liaising with internal management to optimise technical and commercial solutions
  • Following up with clients regarding sales offers, finding opportunities to upsell services, and providing excellent technical advice
  • Providing continuous support and advice to existing customers while generating and efficiently qualifying all incoming leads
  • Overseeing and providing support to the sales department to ensure that targets and KPIs are being met
  • Carrying out necessary training with the company’s sales department
  • Attending meetings with clients to maintain excellent working relationships and representing the company in a professional manner
  • Working hard to expand the existing distribution network alongside establishing and managing new distributor relationships
  • Ensuring to update employees on products available to clients
  • Developing and conducting business development strategies for new and existing clients
  • Collaborating with the company’s marketing manager to develop and produce proportional activities, event planning and customer references
  • Producing accurate financial reports and sales forecasts
  • Ensuring internal systems are accurate and up to date
  • Consulting with the internal financial controller and creating invoices
  • Undertaking firsthand duties on site in line with company needs
