Requirements:
  1. Experience in plan appraisal of residential developments and associated non-residential uses
  2. Awareness of forensic investigations of buildings, defect identification, and repair
  3. Proven ability to make pragmatic and value-based decisions regarding compliance with Building Regulations
  4. Ability to work independently in line with established policies and procedures
  5. Knowledge of environmental issues and relevant standards/legislation
