Job summary

A national distribution company is seeking 2 Class 2 HIAB Drivers to join their team in Colchester on a full-time, temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidates will work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, earning £15.50 per hour. Responsibilities include making deliveries and collections to various locations, primarily construction sites, and candidates must hold a valid HIAB ticket. Immediate availability is essential, along with reputable experience and up-to-date certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Class 2 driver with a valid HIAB ticket.
• No more than 6 points on driving license.
• Tacho and CPC cards kept up to date.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and collections across northern England.
• Attend construction sites for deliveries.
• Conduct multi-drop deliveries, approximately 4 per day.

The role requires the candidate to complete deliveries and collections across the north of the country, delivering to locations such as construction sites.

The ideal candidate will possess reputable experience, have no more than 6 points and have kept their tacho and CPC cards up to date.

It is essential that candidates have RATCHET STRAP experience.

The ideal candidate will also be available to start immediately in the new year.
